I've been so busy I have not had time to play with the car. I finally found time to go over to jawnthen's house and he helped me out with shaving the rear fender. It is always nice to have someone around who has done it to make sure you don't mess anything up.

I still need to clean up what we did though. We got it so that it does not really rub anymore but I want to do another mm or so more and to soften the edges some. As you can see here, the rears are really flushed with the fenders and I could not get away with not shaving. I'm pretty happy with the results though.

When I finish the fender work and wash the car, I will take better pics. This set of pics were for photoshop purposes where the car can stand to be dirty.

What? You don't think I can afford those HREs right now? Well, you'd be right.

So you knew? Or did a birdie tell you? I can count on one hand the number of CL members who knew (outside the NorCal guys). Actually, a little detective work in past posts would have revealed a lot.

I used to think the wing looked big with the OZ's on. Now it looks like it's just the right size. Nice lip too!

Dude, my car with +24 looks exactly like where yours is. What is your offset? I don't think +39 would be flush with the fender like yours or mine do.....

I think it has to do with the alignment. I have +38, I think LXOGOOD's new wheels are +39, rominl has +42 so we can estimate the ballpark of where the wheels would line up. This is why we were somewhat when you said you had +24. But then if the camber is set up right (or wrong ), you can still get things to work.
