Default y2k 3rd brake lights problem

I replaced all 5 bulbs however, the passenger side of the lamp doesn't work. So i assume there should be 2 seperate fuses for the 3rd brake lamps. Can you guys point this out for me? I can't find it.

i dont think there are 2 fuses for the 3rd brake light module. Must be something else....besides burnt out bulbs causing this.
