A new shirt with my GS on the back!!
My friend and bodyshop guy, Joe from Backyard Creations came down and paid me a visit last Sunday...
He brought me a few shirts- when he mentioned it last week, I thought he was joking!
The image quality on the shirt isn't the best, but I thought it was still pretty cool:

HehHeh... in famous is more like it!
Lots more in store for this car- suede seat inserts go in next week, with re-sprayed front bumper (with blue carbon fiber inserts around the openings),
new wing, Boston audio/video, Monster Cable, etc.
Headed to the body shop tomorrow to begin the widebody concept and new paint scheme drawings-
funny how this stuff happens, this car was supposed to be a daily driver! Oh well!

Can't you use the MR2 as a daily now or is that one still in the shop also?

Yeah, I am so busted... I am ad addict! Fortunately, I am able to do this kind of stuff because I don't have a serious girlfriend- I like to keep a woman or two "around" (if you know what I mean ), but I don't have any serious prospects at the moment, so the cars are a great distraction!
The MR2 is at least as wild, if not more so. The 'ol Mister is ready for paint, but Joe (the body shop guy) has asked that I install the wheels first so he can stretch the fenders over them for a perfect fit. This car is going to be killer: 335+ crank hp in a 2250 lb. car. The engine is now complete- here is a short list of what we did:
4-AGZE block (oil squirters)
Crower rods
Wiseco pistons
ARP studs & bolts
Nitrided & balanced crank
TRD head gasket
TRD valve springs
Ferrea stainless valves w/ Titanium retainers & bronze valve guides'
Custom-grind Steve Long Racing cams
Ported, cc'd combustion chambers
ExtrudeHone'd intake manifold w/ OE T-VIS intact, individual NOS foggers
550cc RC GReddy injectors
Garrett/Allied Signal T-28 ball bearing turbo, forged/CNC'd compressor turbine (one of 25 made, experimental)
F-Max turbo manifold
Spearco intercooler
GReddy Type-S blowoff valve, gauges, Profec III boost controller, turbo timer, oil filter relocation kit, oil catch can
J&S Safeguard digital knock sensor
Walbro fuel pump (for Supra Turbo), Earl's fittings with braided hose
MagnaFlow custom polished stainless exhaust (3")
It just needs some finish detailing and the final flanges welded onto the turbo exhaust manifold. I decided to go for the stand-alone TEC-II engine management, so there goes any hope of passing smog... but I have my ways of getting the car registered! There's really too much to list with this one- I'll let the pictures do the talking when it is closer to being done!
