I urgently need some assistance with installing a rearview mirror mount on my windshield.

I will be receiving the full assembly, including all mounting components, but I am unsure how to properly put the pieces together and secure the mount. I will attach a photo of the parts included. If anyone can guide me through the correct installation process, I would greatly appreciate it.

I also have a question regarding the wiring for the auto-dimming feature and compass. How do I properly connect these so that everything functions correctly? Do I need to remove the entire overhead panel that contains the interior lights and sunroof controls? If so, what is the correct way to remove it? Should it be gently pried out, or is there a specific method I should follow?
