Default Speedometer dosent work!

I have a 03 gs300. I got the car a bit ago and it had an abs sensor light on. Turns out the front one was cut, i replaced both abs sensors and the light is gone, but the speedometer still doesn't work? Is there something im missing that i need to replace? I can't take it in to a shop because everywhere around me charges diagnostics and i dont really have the money for that. Ive been soley relying on waze. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated im stumped!!

The speedometer is driven by the transmission (output shaft) speed sensor. Check (replace) the sensor and/or its wiring harness/connector.

It's located at the end of the transmission housing (near the output shaft) on the driver's side.

So the person i bought it from said they had replaced it and it didn't work still and they had a lexus dealer look it over and read codes/data and they had said it was the 2 front abs speed sensors. I replaced those both. Sometimes the abs light comes on, but when the abs light isnt on sometimes the speedometer jumps up and than falls back down basically right away.
