Hello! I have found some things on my Lexus that will need addressed soon, I was hoping someone could shed some light on what these parts are/ where I can buy them I have included photos below. Any help is appreciated, also if I start replacing vacuum hoses is there anything specific I need to buy or will any vacuum hose work?

 

You can buy those individually but they're a little pricey and it's hard to determine which are which when looking at parts diagrams. I replaced most of my lines with either rubber or silicone generic lines cut to fit. I only went OEM for the PVC hoses since the diameter is larger.
