Guess its too late for my name now lol. While spending time in craigslist like i do too much every day ran into my new daily. 93 GS clean title, runs, no CEL 265k......paid $400 for it, id say it was a steal. My actual question is are there any bilt on headers for the 1 gens? Everything i keep finding is for gen 2s

congrats on the GS! definitely a steal. there's a thread on changing your username sticked in Site Suggestions section. As for headers, the first gens may be a little harder to come by but gl on your search

Yeah i've not heard of much for headers, most people go with a single turbo on the 2jzge instead for easy power. Welcome!

Motor is pretty healthy to say it has 265k on it. But if im gonna boost id find a lower mile motor first. Ive reading around here and see the gte swapis kinda expensive

Titans2jz, I asked the same question about the hearders a couple months ago and I still haven't had money or time to get it done but a good dude JoeWitaFro on here gave me the following link so I'm going to pass it on to you. Let me know if you're able to get something exhaust-related done to your car in the near future. Having just bought my first house I'll kinda strapped and anticipating my bills to be quite a bit higher now. :-( so I'm going to be looking into doing most everything myself I just don't have the equipment to weld aluminum. Anyway these say supra but Joe says that they will fit pretty closely to the way a 1gs3 model would.

Hey Titans2jz, where are you referring to? Sorry I'm not familiar with the site you are referring to as "ig"... Yeah I'm starting to realize exactly how old I am getting, and it sucks! I'm definitely interested in watching and getting some inspiration for my own work.. I'll make sure to share anything I do with you. I was up late last night running speaker wire from the trunk to a new set of Infinity components in the front doors (which I'm having to make custom pods for the doors tonight so I can fit 6.5" components in there) so I'll make sure to take pics as I do that. Thanks

HEY ANYBODY ELSE THAT MIGHT WANT TO CHIME IN ABOUT THE 1GS3 if you know of anyone that has done new door pods for 6.5" or bigger speaker in the front doors please say something or let me know where I can find some pics or information. Oh wait did I miss something? I was thinking you had the 2jzge like mine, I noticed JWF said something about not knowing about headers for it but he was the one that pointed me to the headers I mentioned. lol Sorry if I said something totally stupid, get used to it though it happens pretty regularly! lol
