crystal clear headlights for gs300

Are their any sites for for this...I've been looking and looking and can't find them any where but I see them online on people's cars.can anyone please help me out?

Buy the 3M headlight restore kit, use air or electric for buffer wheel, and follow directions. Take your time with each step sanding for best results.
