Long story short I just happen to get some new SC struts from a friend. I'm looking to lower my GS. I know SC springs/struts will drop the GS. Will SC lowering spring on SC struts drop to much for 17s. How about GS lowering springs over the SC struts. Or just find SC one springs.

Get sc springs. The gs springs are longer ment for taller struts.
