18 inch Wheels Thread
Would be cool to see pics of anyone's JZS147 1ST GEN GS300/ARISTO with 18 inch wheels. Post pics and specs for the wheels. Let us know if your wheels rub and if you had fenders pulled or rolled. Also if the car is lowered on coilovers or springs.

I will help you out with starting this!
staggered xxr 521
18x8.5 +25f, 18x10 +25r.
BFG g-force super sport tires 245/45/18f and 275/40/18r.
Front tires rub when turning to lock on the back plastic, and the rear tires rub the plastic inner lip a tiny bit on big bumps. I am running PBM 18/14 coil overs adjusted to this height. In reality, cutting the front and rear lips would allow me to lower the car a little more and drive aggressively still.

Lol so you will probably want to avoid this thread. I was thinking the same thing at first but I think 18 is a good compromise for daily driving, looks and comfort. Plus it seems easier for me to get 18 inch tires just in case I ever have a flat. Those are the reason I chose 18s.

I rail on my card very hard and prefer the sidewall height of my 18's versus 19's. In my opinion I will keep the sizing i have for a very long time just because of how well the car handles.

I drive very hard on my 19s and out corner a lot of "sports cars" if it weren't for the big smooth seats and my skinny butt sliding around id go faster lol.
I do think 18s is a good comprise for smoother ride and sporty feel while still looking good. I had thrown some 17s on before I bought my 19s and they were a tad small for my liking. My preference is 18-20 depending on style and tire fitment, but that's just me.

Beautiful stance on all these cars in my opinion! Tasteful, performance luxury cars.

Without cambering them all crazy I have 9.5" wide with probably an inch of clearance out back. Up front I have 8" with plenty if room. Kinda wish I went wider. Can't remember my offset specs right now.
