FYI: Our cars have the ability to have an a/c filter installed. I remember seeing posts where it has been stated there is no a/c filter for the 1st gen GS.

Our car can have an a/c filter, but the filter costs $56!!! Why so much? Is there anything special about it, i.e. hypoalegenic, bacteria filter, etc?

 

nahhh its prob just cause it's lexus......is there any reason to have an exhaust gasket cost 28 bucks....NO just that its Lexus and they charge whatever they want cause since we own a Lexus we are loaded right....sarcasm sarcasm

 

I try to recover the extra cost for Lexus parts by eating my fair share of donuts and sandwiches when I visit the dealer.
