GS30022

I recently had a little boo boo done to my GS300's front, and when I checked the clutch fan, it was not turning, although the belt driving it was. Is there anyone who can halfway guess at what would be wrong, and would it be at least a halfway simple repair?

If yer talking about the radiator fan, I'm thinking the radiator is stopping the fan blades from turning. Maybe post pics so we can understand the problem better.
