I am ready to put new tires on my new wheels which are XXR 521 18 X8.5 Fr and 18x10 R. Up front I am going to run a 245/40-18 but in the rear I can't make up my mind. 265 is to narrow because it gives it a little bit of the stretched look which I don't like. I am thinking 275 40 18 or 305/30-18. Surprisingly the 305 tire that I want is a few dollars cheaper the 275 so price isn't a huge factor. My only concern is if the 275 with be wide enough to get ride of the slightly stretched look and if the 305 with bulge out or rub. Any input from anyone running the same or similar size would be greatly appreciated. BTW I won't mind if I have to roll or pull the fenders and the car will be on Megan EZ street coilovers when I install the new wheels and tires.
