Red face Suspension Interchange

SC300/400 Hub Assembly fits 1st Gen GS, will have to swap out OEM E-Brake Cable, also brake calibers fit, must use GS bracket

According to Rock Auto Supra Brake Calipers fit rear single pots is the same as gs rears, dual pots fit but require larger rotors

Would like to know what transmissions fit the 1GS? I know that since the gs/sc/is have the 2jzge then they should fit? Electronics?

It should fit without modifications, i had to pull my tranny out of an sc because gs are limited here in memphis, so i had to weigh out my options and use the sc tranny and the sc rear hub and bear and knuckle assembly and it works fine, just make sure you check the fluid so you want be wasting your time and for reference the as long as the transmission is a A340 is should work just fine, if my tranny goes out again imma have to get one from an ls400 or sc400

they dont work. my buddy needed a trans for his gs and i pulled one out of my sc parts car and the tail end was different if i remember right. i think it was something with the length or the driveshaft.

That is more than what I expected to see. Thank you. Since the IS transmission is a five speed auto would it fit. I would assume that you would need the shiftier, shiftier cover, transmission, and possibly the wiring and computer. Is that correct. Thanks again.

As I've read everything bolts right up, all you'd need is a shifter extension, for the trans ecu you need to jump a couple wires on the harness for the reverse lights, but everything else i think is fine, as for driveshaft i'm not sure.

I also recently found out that the rear axle shafts are interchangable between GS300s, Auto and 5-speed MK4 Supras (not 6-speed), and SC300s.

I hope the rear wheel hubs are the same then because my bearing are making noise...well the left is. I'll update if this part works as well.
