Default Post your 1G Transmission Cooler Setup

My radiator is leaking from the transmission cooler, so I'm just going to go with an external air/air.

Post a picture of what you have, where you put it, and specs, etc.

I know some of you out there have coolers.

I bought the most expensive Hayden cooler they had at Advance Auto Parts...it's not the old school looking tube and fin kind but looks more like a radiator. It was like $65 and it's smaller than the older style ones, but more efficient and it fit perfectly in front of the radiator/condensor, next to the condensor fan. Don't have pictures unfortunately.

Here's a pic of where mine was on the 1GS;

Easy to install and if I remember correctly it was the B&M Transmission Cooler. I can dig up the exact number of the part later.

yup, it drove great up until about 2 weeks. then started slipping. checked the fluid, checked the flow, everything was good.

the cooler had a large amount of pressure drop. just my slice of pizza. try one with a smaller tube diameter.
