New to jzs14's
My name is James and im a few minutes north of sac.
Ive been working on S13's for years, but since my girl and I only have S13's and we need a 4 door (plus I liked the first gen) I started looking for one and also researching them.
We found one in oakland on craigslist for 500 bucks that didnt run, and picked up.
Pictures when we picked it up.
I was planning on picking up a 2jzgte from venus auto, but since they didnt have one and ronald didnt know when they would get one in I figured i would just get a stock ge to get it running and smogged then i would get a gte.
But while i was at venus i picked up an aristo front bumper and support.
I also pick up a ge motor from some autowrecker in rancho cordova.
This is how it stands until i start working on it again.
A pile of gs300 parts and s13&S14 parts lol I need to clean up the garage.
Oh and by the way my girl is also on the boards, her sn is Slowgs300.
Anyway looking forward to going to a lexus meet once i get it running.

Welcome. Body looks clean, and with the price of GE's you can't go wrong for 500....I just feel bad for the corners of your hood (last pic) 
Is a respray on the way?
On a side note, Im still confused as to why somebody who answered the phone and Venus told me they didnt part out front clips when I was trying to buy a bumper. He said they didnt have any and if they got some in, they wouldnt sell the bumper alone, just the full clip. I got mine now but ever since I called them, I've seen like 4 people pick up bumper from them

Wow nice i got mine for 500 non running as well in the bay area... Im from SAC
Mine is totally beat up though the exterior is chippping... You also got pearl white my favorite color!!!
I got the sage blue metallic pearl which looks sorta like gray / graphite.. with a blue tint

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, I noticed that there really isnt many technical articles or DIY's in the first gen section.
Im gonna help by making a few like how to install an aristo bumper and ect.
I know its a pretty straight forward swap but i see that alot of people dont know what needed or where to begin to remove the bumper.

Its gonna be a VIP Daily, after i get it smogged and registered its getting coilovers,tint,18x9.5 -4 offset wheels,HIDS, then gonna get a gte swap.
I want to slide it but the girl dont let me since we have our drift cars and this would just be the fast family car.
Ive been kinda getting bored of 240's so i might sell it then build a battle gs300

Does anyone have pictures of the 06 350z wheels on a 1gs? Ive searched and only found pictures of them on a sc.
a picture of the for reference, they are the wheels on the left with no tires. This picture was used to sell those sportscraps to the right, so the 350z wheels arent really in focus.
