annoying high pitched noise!!!!!!!!!!!! please help

annoying high pitched noise!!!!!!!!!!!! please help
this is probobly a stupid question but sometimes when my radio is on and the car is running i get an anoyyingly loud high pitched frequency coming through the speakers, it gets louder as the rpms increase i was told by freinds its a bad ground wire or something, but when i have my car on accesory it doesnot make the noise ever? if it were a bad ground wouldnt it make it either way but if someone could please help me i d really appreciate it b4 i stab each speaker

haha i get the same thing...it happened after i had a sound system installed. so i took it out and still have that sound. i just got used to it now.
has anyone been messing with your wiring?

Yea, after I installed my sound system. Did you use a harness to hook up ur head unit? or did u spice ur wires? I had to splice mines and that caused my high pitch noise. It Sux but when I installed a 4 channel amp it killed the noise alot.

lol so im not the only onelol i have the stock head unit just have a junky amp powering my subs were should i look cause everything on the amp looks fine but its so damm annoying i thought it was just me but i guess not =/ thnx guys
