I have the Pioneer D3 right now and I love it! Works great with my ipod and the navigation is pretty good. Only thing is, that it is CD based navigation instead of harddrive based so whenever you want to go somewhere, you have to make sure you put in the CD in first to program your route and then you can take the disc out. Not really that big of a deal for me since I don't use navigation daily and since I listen to music through my ipod it really doesn't matter.

I bought my Pioneer AVIC Z1 about a year ago. Since its a 7" screen, it was hard to rig the flimsy double din after market plastic housing to fit it, but it worked. If you look hard enough you can tell that the console is a little "offset", otherwise its great. I will post pics asap

the double din kit is made for a 6.5" screen. 7" screens are a little too wide, and the dash kit needs to be modified 3 or so cm so it'll fit. Will post pics of mine soon.

Hey guys,

I was thinking of buying a AVX800 since I have a tomtom i dind't really want Navi. I just want Ipod control and a nicer screen to watch movies in when you hit traffic jams.

What do you think of that head unit?

Also do you know where i can get a deck kit for a aristo? RHD isn't the same as the LHD it looks due to the little slight angle diffrence

Man, the kit is a Metra Turbo-Kit. I didnt know Metra made a Double Din kit for our cars. For everyone else, the part number on the bag is 95-8154. I dont know what makes them offer this again, I searched for ages and could never find it.
