Exclamation GS300 1st generation front end conversion to GS300 2nd Generation, Can you do it???

I recently hit a deer with my 1993 GS300 and was wanting to know can you convert the frond end into a 2nd generation GS300? I really want the 2nd generation front end, but I like the 1st generation rear end better. If someone know if it can be done, please show me the light..lol...

If you're asking if it's an easy job and the front of the 2nd gen will bolt right up, then, no.

If you have the time, money and resources, then pretty much anything is possible.

Actually I was hoping that I could switch the front fenders, hood, grill and core support, and the rest would sort fo fall in place

BTW thats a big negative. If you want to do it right it will be ALOT of cutting, welding and metal work.

I took the hood, bumperskin, and the broken headlights out this evening. The deer went right over the top bumper and crushed everything to the timing cover, breaking the pulley off of the water pump. I am going to take the rest out this week sometime. Does anybody have any actual specs on the body parts, such as measurements or a picute of where the bolt holes are at so I can compart them to what I have. I can weld pretty descent and of course the car will have to go to the body shop when I get it put back together, so they can make my stuff prettier, but I don't want to buy nothing I dont' have to, so I am trying to get a good look at everything before I purchase it.
