I was wanting to sand out the lines from my headlights to clear the lense and I've read up on a few guys with sc's that did it and they mentioned sanding it down by hand and using "wet sand paper"?? not sure what that is and would anyone recomend just doing it by hand or using a electical sander?? also what would I have to use to buff out the scratches in the lights...

You might want to PM Jmai22. He sanded down his headlights on his first gen awhile back.
