Hello everyone. I'm a newbie to the Lexus world.

I just bought my brother's old 1994 Lexus GS300, and it's throwing error codes 28 main oxygen sensor right bank, and 41 throttle position sensor.

It passed the California smog test in January.

Is it likely that both sensors are bad?

I ask because I have a 98 Pathfinder, and it threw those codes, but it was a known grounding problem. I added an extra grounding harness to connect the head to the block and the problem went away.

Could something like that be the problem here?
