Exclamation Power Cable Trouble for amp hook up

I am trying to hook up an amp in my 95' gs300. I cant find a place to run the power cable through the firewall in the front to the battery. If anyone knows a place where i can run it through please get back to me. Thanks

The cleanest route through the fender wiring harness path. They are on the left and right side of your wheel well. access to them will require removeal of the fender liners. Through the fenders will require you to fish-tape a lead wire and then pull it through all of which are behind you dash cover.

When you poke a hole in the gormet, careful not to cut any of the wires. if you have AIR bags the air bag sensors and the main wiring harness for each side run through the the same hole.

Other option is to go through your steerig wheel near the firewall. this is the eay path to take.

Good luck!

go from the inside out and cut small slits as they will stretch around the wire to make the seal. cut the slit in the boot around the steering shaft, slide the wire into the engine bay from the pass compartment and then get out and look for it to come out the firewall, do it when the engine is cold so you 1. dont burn you or the wire, 2 it is much easier to work under the hood. after you see the wire come thru the firewall just pull it the rest of the way to your battery, routing it as you go. be sure to tie it to what you can to keep it off the engine and out of the way of moving parts. the rest is easy.

Why dont you just drill your own hole and run the wire through??? if you dont have the tools or ability take it to a stereo shop and they can do it for you.
