today when putting my window up I heard a poping noise. The part that broke is a white plastic piece on the bracket that holds the window. does anyone know what part this is? I've circled it in the drawing below. My regulator works fine just where the cable connects the plastic broke.

 

That's part of the regulator and you must replace the whole thing or pay $65 to send it off and have it rebuilt.
