I havent been able to find anyone that can align the car after these are mounted on the vehicle. As soon as i mention that the springs lower the cars ride by about 1" to 1.25" they say nope cant help you. WTF? I dont even want to call the dealership...but is that the only place that can do it?

While on the topic, does anyone know where i can get these struts mounted on my car for a reasonable price? I have been quoted from $310 up to $470 so far...thanks

Why do you have to tell them the springs lower the car? Just say you want to get some springs put on or something to that extent. I went to Tires Plus once for an alignment on my old car (not a Lexus) and they did a great job. I don't know, you may have to just keep calling places.
