Twice a year Mobil gives rebates on Mobil 1. The five quart jug at Walmart that retails for $24 is a $12 savings. You can do the rebate all on line and takes about 4 weeks. Stated here before, I take my oil and Toyota filter bought on line at lexuspartsworld to my local Toyota dealership and they charge me $20 labor. Use CL 5 for a 10% discount at lexuspartsworld.

They did not list Walmart last time but I filled out the form online and I received two checks for $12 each in about four weeks.

Pennzoil has a rebate program as well, $10 rebate if you buy 5 quarts of synthetic oil, or $2 per quart purchased. It even includes Walmart.

I do my own engine oil change. I find it therapeutic. Been doing it on Camry and Mercedes Benz C320 for years but nothing tops my LS460. That beast takes 9.1 quarts. WOW. Safety is the most important thing. Make sure you have a backup safety. I have 2 sets of jack stands (2 on each side). Now I recently bought a ramp but I still have jack stands in case of ramp fail. I have had one jack stand that didn't latch properly and failed, luckily the backup jack stand caught it.
