The only response I get is that they have already shipped it. I call bs on this because I received items from HK 1 week after I ordered it on ebay.

If you haven't filed a paypal claim you might want to think about doing so soon. The deadline to file a claim is coming up soon. If we get a lot of people to file a claim they may decide to change their horrible service.
