they will most likely leave a little note saying they were there. you have a couple of options. 1) The little note should have a signature release on it, in which you sign as a waiver for the company. They'll leave the package there. 2) Date to reschedule so that you can be there or 3) You tell them to leave it at one of their branch so you can go and pick it up.

I just got the pc today and decided to take a look inside. The computer only had 2 GB of ram and not 3 GB. I called the customer service and am waiting for thier reply back.
EVERYONE check their computers to see what they have, I don't want anyone to be cheated.

You should have 4 sticks.....double check yours...

I got mine today! Haven't opened it up yet to check. But I'm bummed because I can't even boot it up yet. I don't have a USB keyboard. 
The tower doesn't come with a keyboard plug in the back...... only USB connections.

PS2 connections are thing of the past, welcome to the new world....
You can get a USB to PS2 connector at your local Walmart...I paid $13.99 for them. I then booted up and installed the drivers for my wireless set up (keyboard/mouse).......and was up and running in no time

Got my pc all hooked up and running. Have to get used to Vista, but first impression is that I made a good purchase. One thing..... I'd like to eventually run dual monitors, what do I need to purchase to make that happen? (I notice there is only 1 VGA port on the back)
