My dumbbells haven't gotten much action lately and was thinking it could go to a better home. It's the ones where you can screw it tight at the end. Comes with 2 5-lb weights and 2 2.5-lb weights each. Means you can have max 15lbs each dumbbell or 30 on one dumbbell. Or can even add the weights to a set you already own and get even more out of it! Bought it for ~$65 letting it go for $30. Who wants to get buff?

Well have you ever tried straight arm shoulder fly's with 15's? You can even add the weight to dumbbells you already have. Everyone's gotta start somewhere..
