Ad Description:

Ok Gang, for those that know what it is and why you want it: I have a Torsen Diff out of a MKIV Supra TT Automatic for sale, with NEW bolts from toyota to attach your ring gear. This came out of a car that went to a TRD diff, and had under 100k miles (I think it was 83K, I saw the TRD reciept when he got it installed, and saw the mileage, but don't remember the exact mileage).

For those that don't know:
The Twin Turbo MKIV Supra automatic came with a limited slip diff. A Torsen, Torque Sensing all mechanical limited slip (gear driven, it can techincally break, but it doesn't wear out like a clutch pack limited slip). These things are stupidly hard to come by. This is the 10-bolt limited slip that almost every lexus owner who has a high performance setup wants. This is NOT the 12 bolt version designed for the TT 6-speed. I do have one of those too, but they are worth maybe 1/3rd this much. This will allow those of you with a 200mm ring gear to take your peg leg open diff out and just drop this in place, and have nice two wheel traction action.

This fits (I'm 99% sure, so anyone please correct me if I'm wrong):
1989-2000 LS400
1991-1998 SC400
1993-2000 GS300
1993-1998 MKIV Supra N/A, and TT
Also: 2nd Gen GS300/GS400/GS430

It could also fit the newer LS430s, but that would need to be double checked. I have a 1st gen
GS300 converted to Aristo, and I got it for me.

In my 11 years of working on Lexus and Supras, I've only seen four for sale in the US...ever, and I bought two of them. I've had this in my stash of goodies for over two years now, and includes the new Toyota ring gear-to-diff bolts. They are one time use only, and your old ones shouldn't be re-used. I hate to see it go, but I'm getting rid of a few things so I can get some more good things 8-).

$580/OBO shipped to the lower 48

Will this fit a 2000 gs400?

I do believe it will. I sent an email off to a friend of mine who works at a Lexus dealership, just to be 100% sure.

More parts included in the package deal, both of the gaskets on the prop shafts and two o-rings (they are both in the single package). More $$ in parts, to sweeten up the deal. If your front seal isn't leaking, this will allow you to pretty much completely rebuild the diff, aside from the front input seal.
setting up the front seal is what sets the backlash, so if you don't change it, it should be a simple, press off the old bearings, tap them onto this housing, change the gears over with the new bolts provided, replace the seals, and drop it in your car, and have nice added traction.
