I have 4 DDR3 8500 2GB Ram Chips for Mac Book Pro's i upgraded both my MacBook Pro's and these are the original Apple Chips both are only 4-5 months old. $25.00 per kit plus shipping.... I Also have a 250GB and 320GB original Apple OEM MacBook Pro hard drives these units where changed the day the computers arrived so they have basically zero usage on them. $40.00 for the 320GB and $30.00 for the 250GB.. you will need to look in your system profiler and see what the specs are on your memory but i would think on an 2005 machine you would be using a slower ram.... The hard drive should work though....
