It is not car or model specific. It can be used on any car, make or model.

I don't know the mounting points for the Lexus. I was going to use it on my Nissan. I think someone one on here has done it before. I will search to see what I find. Since every car is different, one has to locate the mounting points on his/her own, as the product does not come with instructions that include mounting points for any vehicle. It is implied that he/she should know the mounting points for his/her vehicle.
