Strobes themselves are only one color. I know some manufacturers add films, but the strobe is always a flash.

If you do shows they go internally a lot of times like to strobe off the ice in the trunk for instance. Others put them in the fender wells etc.......

looks similar to what cops use in their vehicles lights...I had something similar that I used when I entered car shows. GLWS.
