if ur with sprint reach out to retensions and complain saying u will leave em and you want a deal and complain more until they budge and give you a good deal...worked for me

LOL yeah that really work for me too. I'm out of contract and last month I went over my minutes like crazy threaten them that I'm gonna leave the company if they don't waive it for me. They actually take care the whole bill for me. They customer services and service got a lot better.
