Sorry, I just read the body of the post and didn't notice the mileage in the title. With the exterior in "good" condition though, kbb.com lists a private party value of $18,470.

Mine is in Excellent condition. Never had an accident nor had it been abused. Always garaged and the body looks new. It has all the factory options except CD changer. I changed the stereo system to Alpine head unit (I think its model 9831 or 9833, highest wattage without an amp a year ago). I added 2 more speakers behind the seats and upgraded all of them to Eclipse speakers system. I also upgrade the alarm system. It currently have a cold air intake system and I also have the original if you want it back on. I have already tried to sell it to a dealership, with less headache, but they only offered me $18000. They told me the retail price is $23900 and I want $21500. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks

FYI, a buddy of my sold his S2000 for 17,000 earlier this year with under 25k miles on the car. I am pretty sure yours is in great condition but the price tag seems to be on the high side. Just my .02
