I'm still tentative on a date, trying to work my way around around shows that always pop up at the end or year, to ensure we have a great group of people attending.
Also picking up sponsors for prizes so we can a nice little giveaway as well. And based on the interest, location is becoming ever so more important.

scott , as it appears that south florida , this year will not be hosting the annual end of year virginia key bbq , why dont you guys head it up this year as a large event . the south florida crew will attend and bring items as well .. just make sure its at a park that can contain a large group or even old town as we used to do in the past .
