In Bradenton just south of Tampa and all quiet for now, though I do note an increased number of clouds.

I guess this is a good time to ask but I just wanted to ask some of the S.FLA guys. The ones without the luxury of having a garage what are you guys doing to protect ur Lex from any damage due to the storm???? Because I dont have a garage or a car cover and i just wanted some opinions ???? Keep safe guys

Car cover will help protect it some, unless u have a big piece of debris flying around and smashes into your car.

But if you have nothing, park it away from any trees and ur home cause things will start falling and flying.

I don't think this storm is going to amount too much in the way of wind, but I'd recommend a parking garage. Some guys I know get some tarp to put over the windows and the top of the car.

You can hear the winds out here this morning but the Manatee River here is flowing westward, quite indicative of a strong storm nearby on land.

My godfather down in Marco Island felt the brunt of this storm and had some things got knocked over outside and power is down (reached him via cell phone).
