It came back with the same code. Happened today: at first, the audio on both Bluetooth and FM radio had static interference, after that, I heard no audio tone again, not even system tones. What a shame

So I think, I got f-cked back in 2019 not knowing about a TSB - https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...73796-9999.pdf that I just learned about , had the front brakes done at like 20k that probably did not need them at JM Lexus in S. Florida. Was quite expenseive because they said with the F-Sport you needed to do the rotors

Fast forward to 2026, about 70k miles and I had my front brakes done by a service center, put on after market brakes , Akibonos , at least that is what I asked for.

Squeaking is really bad still. Going to go back to him, but any hints on how to solve the problem, other than spending again a huge amount of money at the Lexus dealer?

This is RWD model, not AWD

Hi all, we have 2012 4th Gen GS350 Fsport RWD and have had it just over a year. 19" (RC350) wheels with 235 on the front Dunlop sport maxx. Stock suspension.

We have done about 15,000 kilometers so far, and the front tires have worn really bad on the inside.

When we first got the car the tires were fine and I had an alignment done for peace of mind, from then on the tires started chewing out int he inside so I took it back for him to check the alignment again. It seems it didnt help and are now bald on the inside edge.

I have ordered some new 245 tires this time, (will do 275 rear when the time comes) and he will be fitting them next week and an alignment. Is there any info I should be telling him before hand to aid in the alignment?

I have had large sedans in the past which were prone to inner front tire wear so understand the may be some compromise to make.

The car is just daily driver for wife so dont need any aggressive sports camber or anything at the cost of tire life.

How many kms or miles would be an average to expect for fronts?

Hi all,

Chasing down an annoying clunk in the front end of my 13 AWD. Seems to be a low speed clunk that occurs over wavy pavement (think parking garage where its smooth but not flat). I'm looking for front sway bar bushings specific to the AWD model.

Since doing a suspension refresh last year (Struts, Tanabe lowering springs, front GSF LCA), I notice a clunk form on the front right of the vehicle in the conditions described above. It's somewhat of a popping/clunk noise.

I've since also replaced the sway bar links (all 4 corners), and replaced the front right upper control arm this past week. Still hearing the noise.

I believe it must now be either the sway bar bushings, or the lower strut fork bushing. Given the sway bar bushing is easier to replace, I'd like to start with that, however I can't seem to find a replacement for the bushings anywhere online.

Does anyone know where I can find front sway bar bushings specific to the AWD model? I can find the RWD part number listed, but now the AWD version.

Due to the back rear brake noise, we took both rear wheels off. We found that the inside brake pad was completely gone and the caliper piston was pushing against the rotor when pressing the brake. Small part of the piston was shaved off. This is the rear driver side. The rear passenger side is not as bad but the inside brake is worst then the outside. So, what could've caused the inside brake pad to wear out much faster than the outside? This is on my 2015 GS 350.

Where do you guys take your GS to, for service like that? I'm about 30 minutes north of LA.

As you can see, the right headlight on the 2014 GS 350 that I bought a couple of months ago is too low. On the road, the upper edge is only about 20 feet in front of the car. I have read the owner's manual, and everywhere online also says the same thing about the vertical adjustment. Like the black plastic covers, they say there is a vertical and a lateral adjustment below the holes. There is not!
When I remove the plastic covers, the only adjustment is that white plastic screw (partially obscured by the black bracket), which doesn't seem to do anything. Is that adjustment just gummed up, or what?
