Has anyone had this issue? I bought a 2004 LX 470. It test drove fine. Had the steering rack replaced, now the vcs activates and slams on the brakes when I go around corners at highway speed. I drove the same roads before the work was done with no issue. I took it back and they relearned the steering position sensor. Helped a little but still doing it. I’ve had an 04 GX470 and a 01 Land Cruiser and never had the problem. The air suspension is still installed and functioning. Any ideas on what it could be, or how to turn off the vcs system?
