Why some people shouldn't have electric vehicles.
I'm not sure if these two videos are doctored/staged or not, but they are both just hilarious.....people trying to fill up Teslas at a conventional station, looking for gas-filler pipes. :D
And...to be gender-fair and avoid sexism, I posted one male and one female being equally-dumb. ;) |
Haha, they have to be staged. Yes, there are dumb people, but nobody is that dumb. Now the Video of the women came out a few years ago, it's possible she borrowed the car from her boyfriend, but I still think it's staged
|
Here's another one...perhaps (?) staged as well...although I suspect that one reason why this video was shot was the way she was dressed. Not exactly indecent, but definitely on the show-off side LOL. :eek2:

Those videos are all fake, but if they were real, those people shouldn't own ANY car, not just an EV.

This is how gas cars get filled with diesel

People fill engines with windshield washer fluid I once worked on a car that had brake fluid in the power steering system. It's basically impossible to charge an EV wrong also those vids are obviously fake.

I'm not sure (I'll have to check it tomorrow when I fill up)...but I think that diesel filler-pipes have a different hole-diameter than gas ones, so that the diesel-nozzles can't fit into them. That, of course, is intended to prevent misfueling.
Back on topic, I've never heard of a non-staged instance of an EV owner attempting to put fuel (of any kind) in their car. |
