Amazing find! Though, isn't that lake some kind of ecological dumpster fire? I remember somebody mentioning that you can smell it way before you can see the lake due to all the dead animals around it.

If the lake is in California there is no way they would allow the mining of it. They would look so hypocritical if they were to allow it given the impact to the environment. The backlash would be real.
