There’s a house near us on the market for just under 2m. It’s almost dead on 1000 sq ft. It will sell for over asking. The Bay Area market is insane. Our neighbor went under offer in 2 days for significantly over asking, and it closed in a week.

property near me is 14 acres, house is about 4000 sq ft, plus a huge barn with a spacious apartment (at least 1000 sq. ft). it's on the market for 1.9m. they won't get that much imo. certainly a different market!

Go to 5:50 to watch it smoke a Lamborghini Urus
I just watched this video, looks like an excellent car. I don’t like the color of the car they tested but I think one in grey or black as shown in the video look great. The interior and seats look excellent as well.

It's just way overpriced. $67k with a $10k markup, and I think each dealership gets 1 allocation this year

Without the markup I think it’s priced well. $67k today doesn’t get you much these days especially for the performance unless it’s a Tesla.

I'm not a realtor but that price doesn't sound too bad for all of that. Florida is a very desirable state. 14 acres???? My god that would be fun. I'd buy matching golf carts to run around in.

SF market has cooled.. California RE will always be outrageously expensive but SF isn't as insanely high as it was years ago.

How do people afford something like that? It sure makes me feel good that we have a 3700 SF house on 13 acres in suburban Columbus that is worth maybe $750k.

I have a 6000 sq ft property with a 1500 SQ ft 4 bedroom I bought in an older part of San Jose in 2015 for $655k. Today it's worth $1.2M, and if I put it on the market I would sell it in one weekend to the highest bidder for probably a few hundred thousand more than asking with no inspection or preconditions. In 2015 I sold my two bedroom townhouse for $60k over asking, the buyer didn't even look at it in person

What town, if I may ask. Older Sunnyvale perhaps?

Close to downtown Los Gatos. It might even have sold before listing. One of our friends was involved in setting up some private showings.

Really. I live behind the golf course, near the Saratoga Campbell border. Yeah, these places sell fast. Buying this house, at the bottom of the market in the early 1990's was a stroke of luck. Who knew?

My friend bought his house in Sunnyvale (near Las Palmas Park) in the 1990s for $300k, sold it around 2014 for $1.7M to a guy who just walked up and made an offer a few days before the open house. Him and his family moved to Houston where they bought two houses, one to live in and one as a rental property

The Luxury Car With The Lowest Maintenance Costs In 2024

Despite a reputation for sky-high running costs, there are still a few luxury cars out there that are cheap to run.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Tesla Model 3 is the cheapest luxury car to own, beating Toyota Prius, with low repair costs and high reliability.
  • Despite rising repair costs, Tesla's low maintenance fees make it a wise ownership choice, outperforming luxury competitors.
  • Although Lexus ES 350 offers reliability and comfort, Tesla Model 3 tops the list for inexpensive maintenance after a 10-year period

Tesla Model 3 is a luxury car now? 🤔

Here's the best part - "Tesla Model 3 tops the list for inexpensive maintenance after a 10-year period". It's been out for 6 years, not 10 🥱
