I believe Tesla Electric is a combination of their solar panels/solar roof and batteries. You are connected to other batteries, and surplus power power is moved around to other customers who need it

@ST430 I'm looking at your charging, and I'm assuming by the chargers used you went to SoCal on Aug 3rd. Did you take the Y? and why 3 stops? When I took the Y to SoCal to Eastvale which is 380 miles, I started off with 90 percent and only made two stops: Kettleman City for 12 minutes and Casaic for 15 minutes. Made it to Eastvale with 26 percent SoC. On the way back, Bakersfield for 8 minutes than Firebaugh 15 minutes.

BTW, how do I see charging history in the Tesla app? All I see is stats

***EDIT***

Nevermind, I found it!

like Tesla is his electricity provider. Wondering if anyone has any experience with it.

If I'm supercharging driving around California, it's usually around $.36/kWh.

There is a strange thing going on in Vegas where the home retail rate ($.16) is currently more expensive than using a supercharger during the 12AM - 4AM hours.
