At these high "Level 2" (as ya'll call them) wattages, how long does it take to top off?

Really think we need a charging thread with how fast stuff is changing.
that's completely off topic, but ok...

Thanks! I’ve only seen 2 others in NJ with 2 R1Ts. Aside from an alignment problem, mine is really well built. Panel gaps are minimal and the problems I read about on the rivian forums haven’t presented themselves. Overall ride is much smoother too

It is definitely thirstier than my 3P. Tried going from ~20% to 80% with a 12-6 charging schedule and it only got to 76%. Added an hour to both sides and we’re good

The Rivian R1T has between a 105 and 135 kWh battery while the Model 3P I believe has a 75 kWh battery

Rivian is not an especially efficient platform

But neither is the F-150 Lightning it's about the same.

Yea. Still, 70 MPGe is 4x better than most trucks.

70 MPGe is pretty good for an 800 plus torque monster! Eventually efficiency will be improved over time with later models. But I have a feeling most Rivian buyers don't care much about efficiency

People care about range, which is fine on the Rivian. Will be interesting to see how Cybertruck compares in efficiency. I wonder why Rivian didn't start with the SUV version first.

Was this Green color your 1st choice or were there more cool colors to choose from that made the color pick a hard choice?

I can see this color on a Hummer too.

This was my first choice. I was between this one or the red one because it has a strong orange tinge in the sun, but my 3P was red so I opted for something different.
