I really like the Kia EV6 GT and it did really well against the Model 3P.

Good video Amirza.
Looks like the Kia is packing some heat at 500+ HP.

Ok, no denying the electric cars put the horsepower & torque at the wheels more efficiently.
Plus add to that, watching them in the video getting ready to launch pressing buttons on a display like ordering a Big Mac just seems like cheating. haha

It takes all the fun out of it!

Have to earn it. lol

Hyundai/KIA is growing phenomenally. In 2022 they were #3 manufacturer in terms of vehicles sold, just behind Toyota and VW. They have attractive vehicle, priced right, and supported with best-in-class peace-of-mind warranty in the industry. I don't know if they will dethrone Tesla, but for sure they will dethrone Toyota. In 5-6 years, Hyundai/KIA will be among the top 2 manufacturers, while Toyota will slide to 4th or 5th place. The future belongs to Hyundai/KIA, Tesla, BYD.

It's not cheating, it's just a new way of doing things . Imagine having very little driving skills and then being able to put a Vette shame...over and over again

I really like the EV6 GT as well, but in all honesty, I would take the Model 3P over it any day

When it comes to Hyundai, I find Hyundai/KIA gas engines overall are behind the Japanese. And they lack hybrids throughout their line up

I like my sundial.
Cough, hmmm, actually I don't have one so I just use the shadow my palm tree casts across the lawn.

I don't know how ya'll feel about it but the Kia GT is faster and I think it looks a little nicer.

I wonder what the real world range is like on this EV6 GT and how it compares to the Tesla.

Tesla probably kills the EV6 when it comes to range. My friends Model 3 P has a 75 kWh usable battery pack while my Polestar has 77 kWh usable battery pack, less power and torque, yet he gets more than 75 miles more range. Polestar gets between 90 and 100 MPGe while the M3P gets nearly 120 MPGE

So did the Kia dethrone Tesla? I watched most of the video and didn't get an answer. Also what year/trim is that Tesla?

The EV6 GT is, to my eye, weird, no it's ugly. Each to their own, of course.
I think the EPA range is a paltry 206 miles.

The answer is NO. It lost the drag and was about even in the rolling race. But it killed the Vette even though the driver cheated and took off before the countdown

i agree with you about the ev6. subjective of course though, but i applaud hyundai/kia for trying new design ideas.
.
i also applaud tesla for having come up with great exterior designs (well maybe not the Y, lol) that have stood the test of time with minor tweaks.
