As for fitting a 93 im not sure, i know that it's the same as a 94, might want to research that one.

I noticed the airbag did not have the brown cover on it. Is it held on by clips or attached to the air bag unit. I'm looking to see if i need to buy the cover only, if it is removable.

Yes the cover is held on by screws, i took it off cause the cover was creased and not held on the bottom. And i dont have the cover... do you need the airbag?

Though the interior is tan, if your brown one works, I'll take it. Let me know what I need to do to get it from you. I can Paypal a payment. Also, you said the headlight tabs were broken, but if you have one of the little plastic pieces that holds the turn signal bulb in place and it's not corroded, I'll take that too.
