I have a 2024 base with Michelin tires that’s very quiet. We just bought a 25 base and it came with Bridgestones and the highway noise from the door seals and tires is averaging 80dbs at 78 mph. Dealer said it is normal!!!
I agree with previous comment; I wouldn’t have bought a new 25 if I had known.

I've heard more complaints about Bridgestone tires than I can count. I have Michelin's on my '24 and they are quiet.

My ‘22 ES350 UL came with Michelins and I am very happy with them as well. It really is amazing how much of a difference tires can make … many people focus on handling but noise is a huge issue and can spoil enjoyment of your car if you don’t have the right tires.

I bought a 2025 ES350 UL that came Brigestone Turanzas and took them off within a week or so. They were noisy a rough riding. - I put on a set of Vredestein Quatrac Pro+
and it was like a different car. Smooth Riding and quiet as can be.

I won't get into it but the Bridgestone that came with my 2008 Tundra is reason I will never buy any Bridgestone.

Sometimes I think that if the car turned into a molten fireball, the dealer would say it was normal.

Even independent's aren't shy about charging a diagnostic fee. I know someone that had a check engine light on and was charged $150 diagnostics and told to go to the dealer.

If check engine light is on just go to auto parts store and tell you code for free and go from there.

In his case he was having drivetrain/transmission problems that triggered the check engine light so an auto parts store would not help much.
His Jeeps all seem to die early deaths.

The way the diagnostic fee should be done is if repairs are done the fee is waived and most repair centers started off that way. An inexperienced mechanic may charge 2hrs fee whereas another may only charge 1/2 hr minimum because he knows exactly how to fix immediately.

Right but what is the fair thing to do if they charge for diagnostics but throw up their arms and say they can't fix it and refer the customer to the dealer.

Well there's his problem right there. (No, I won't charge a diagnostic fee!)
