Mine and your driving helps Lexus to develop new safety systems such as LKA or regular cruise control.
Also, the images that are captured by the cameras help them to develop better recognition system
I don’t care if they track my driving because I’m not doing nothing wrong and I don’t have anything to hide.

"First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me."
Ever since I declined the master data consent my battery drainage has greatly been reduced as it should not be transmitting to Lexus anymore. Still have not verified by hooking ammeter up but will at some point. They still have the capability of turning back on by court order, etc. Not sure there is anyway to disable the cellular modem if someone wanted to as I think it is built into the DCM module.
Measure voltage after couple of days not driving compared to before. You can tell. Sometimes before it would be down around 11.9. 2020 ES300h. Something else to point out here is if you have active subscriptions you probably would not want to decline consent. All mine ended except 10 yr and only gave me remote fob start which I never used anyway
Did you look for a Geiger counter in the back seat? It's usually the most obvious thing that is the cause.
Except when it isn't. I had this truck with a squeak in the door. I kept taking it in and they kept telling me they couldn't find it. Finally the shop manager took control of the situation. He disassembled the door piece by piece and would test it on their little torture track until finally it was a bare door right down to the skin and frame and it was would still squeak. So he began to pull up and push down on the door while driving and it would quit. Come to find out it was loose bolts on the door hinge. Finding these sounds is more art than science.

I hear ya!
If I was a betting man I would lay my dollars on it being sensor-based.
I have disabled quite a few things on my car.
Possibly a sensor trying to communicate with another part that isn't cooperating.
But it definitely is not mechanical as your story above relates.
Since it's almost guaranteed that I won't be able to find out what the communication is all about,
I think I'll be forced to just disconnect the back left speaker and be done with it.
As I mentioned I have already disconnected two in the front, so one more won't break the joint.
There are plenty more.
It's just that getting to the door speaker is a lot more involved than it is to the front speakers on the dash board.
I'll leave it to the spring/summer when it warms up.
If you think it is amp/radio derived just simply pull fuse to disable to diagnose. No need to do any extra work to eliminate that system.
I'm sure it is amp/radio derived in the sense that the sensor/signal is using the amp/radio in order to transmit the sound.
If someone can tell me exactly which fuse to pull I'm willing to test it out.
I worked with the fuses around six months ago or so and saw that many fuses handle more than one function.
