That it right.

So you have black and brown for the hybrid and black and brown for the 350.
The light for the hybrid is blue and white for the 350.

They look awesome.

I recently purchased the same ones from eBay. I took them to the dealer when I picked up my new car two weeks ago and was told installation was a three-hour job. I declined and went elsewhere. Yes, I should have done it myself, but they do look great.

They came on our new ES as part of the allocation. Window sticker price was $400 which I think is crazy lol

It was unclear to me if they are dealer-installed but I didn't bother trying to talk them out of being on the car. They look cool but aren't really necessary IMHO. The trunk one might at least be a little functional.

If you look up your ES vehicle specs, you'll see "illuminated door sill" is listed as a port installed item. (You can look up your ES vehicle specs either using the Lexus app or using your web-based My Lexus account.)

Port could be a port of entry for an imported vehicle, distributor (e.g., location where vehicles are initially shipped to before being finally shipped to a local dealership destination), or dealership. A distributor location may be co-located with a dealership location.

For those desiring an illuminated trunk sill and comfortable with DIY installing it, Bell Lexus is worth considering as your purchasing parts department. If you contact them with your Lexus's VIN, they'll use it to verify/find the part that fits that VIN. According to komobu for the illuminated trunk sill, Bell Lexus included free shipping to go along with the discounted price of $280. ($400 is the MSRP. The discontinued version's MSRP was $450.)
Bell Lexus is great and even provided the Installation instructions. One cool thing about it is no cutting wires. The regular Trunk Bulb Connector plugs into the female connector, and then there is a second connector(Male) that plugs back into the Trunk Bulb. It also came with foam tape needed to prevent connector rattling and zip ties. I am very happy with mine.

There are ES's with a brown trunk interior? I thought they were all black!

Besides looking pretty cool, I have discovered a slight functional benefit of the illuminated door sills. Occasionally in order to retrieve an item in the trunk of my car parked in my darkened garage at night I would open the driver’s door and fumble around for the trunk release next to the fuel lid release, neither very visible due to insufficient interior lighting and often pressing the wrong one. Now the illuminated Lexus logo on the driver side door sill emits just enough light that I can see the buttons and distinguish one from the other.

You can adjust the brightness of those buttons and the ambient lights if you have them. Also I think you can open the trunk with "hey lexus open the trunk"

Never thought of that but I'm certainly going to give it a try!

I don’t think “hey lexus open the trunk” works without ignition on.

Since you bought from that Canadian seller on eBay, did you pay tariffs on this? If so, how much was it?
