New OTA update?
One other thing I wonder if they fixed a little bit is the lane tracking. When I first got the car it would wrestle the wheel out of my hands and correct me when I was simply trying to make a lane change on the highway and it was just too violent and strong-willed for my taste. I ended up turning that off because of all the times the car would try to deny me a simple lane change while driving down the highway I don't like that. Made me look like a drunk driver.
Maybe don't override and pull the car back into the lane if the turn signal is put on first? Something like that? I turned that function off and wonder if it's been worked on because I've seen a lot of complaints about it in YouTube videos/reviews. People don't like a car that tries to wrestle the wheel out of your hand and deny what you're trying to do. Actually scared me the first couple of times it happened.

Try turning it back on then hitting your blinker just before the lane change.
While it may be standard practice for most consumer and professional software products to have release notes detailing the changes, as far as I'm aware Lexus, as a general rule, doesn't provide anything like that to the general public for their vehicle media system software changes. That's why no one has been able to answer your questions in your original posting with any relevant information.
The latest one they're currently showing for my '23 is last April. My system updated last week as well.
I have a 2021 Corvette that gets updates. I live in a rural area and have been unsuccessful at getting the updates since I bought the car. I took it to my dealer for my second year oil change and asked them to do the updates. They did and it took them almost an hour but they didn't charge me anything. I won't worry about updates on my Lexus. I'm sure my dealer will take care of them for me and I won't be missing anything in the interim.
