2020 ES Mods/Upgrades/Must Dos

Hi all,

I just got a CPO ES 2020; do any recommendations on mods or must-dos? I am also looking to get rubber floor liners...

Tint and PPF are a must for me, so that's the first thing I did once I got my car delivered. All weathers are another, but those got thrown in during purchase.

Thanks! Any recommendation on Tint Types?

Mudguards, front PPF, dash cam and radar detector for me

Interesting about the mud guards, I wouldn't have thought that to be a common add on for this car. I know what they do, obviously, but curious as to why so many are getting them.

This is the first time I've put them on my car. Only did it because my previous 3 cars got so dirty and damaged without it. pretty big difference on how much "cleaner" that panel is compared to not having it.

They're cheap, easy to install, look good, (IMO) and offer some protection for the paint... :wiggle:

OEM Rubber mats were a must for me, but only on the driver side. Obviously gets the most use, and I'm often on construction sites, so trying to keep up with a carpeted mat would drive me insane. But as an aesthetic I have the carpet mat on the passenger side. It's not often I have passengers and since it's in my line of sight, I prefer the look of the carpet.

Didn't understand it either until I drove on some muddy slush last weekend up in Flagstaff. As I was driving on the highway I can hear the mud spraying itself all over the side of my car and my first thought was "...I need to get mudguards.".

All our cars for many years have gotten ceramic tint but I prefer the look of carbon tint so I went with carbon this time around on my ES. Carbon doesn’t block as much heat, but it has a more flat gray look with less reflectivity than ceramic.

Fitcam is mandatory.

Second -- subwoofer ad on

Third - dash speakers & center channel

fourth is high speed phone charger (cig lighter)

5th - metal/gun metal valve stem caps

6th - genuine chrome lexus license plate frame with etched lexus logo and letters. took me forever to find this... existed nowhere! not even dealers! must be left over stock.

Tell me more about this. Or a link, assuming you’ve already posted?
